40’ Dutch Barge with private mooring and parking.      £75,000

A reluctant sale of my beautiful Dutch Barge. It gets lots of lovely comments and it is moored on probably the best mooring on the river Medway complete with private garden and parking.

I have owned this barge for several years and spent thousands of pounds restoring her to a very high standard. The renovations include two steering positions inside and outside with lovely seating area.
I have also installed both bow and stern thrusters. It is powered by a 75hp Peugot diesel engine. She is also renovated throughout the interior to an excellent standard, and needs to be seen to be appreciated.

The barge is 40 feet long and can go anywhere, but is light and spacious inside. The kitchen comes complete with a microwave, two ring hob, fridge freezer and hot water. Toilet with separate shower room. Comfortable lounge with a sofa bed and 40” flatscreen TV.
It has both diesel and eco-electric heating.
