Kingfisher is a steel vessel which was used or river trips up and down the river Medway. It is a bespoke twin screw diesel river boat with a bow thruster.

Her overall length is 8.45m, beam 3.25m with a draft of 2.36m.

She was constructed in 2007 by Ted Spears and Associates.

Kingfisher has a small gangway, a kitchen with a a sink and gas hob, and a toilet with a sink. She has a middle and back entrance, the middle having lift access.

The boat could be converted into a good, liveable houseboat or a great office to work from. She is currently set up for boat trips.

The is a bathing platform attached to the stern which can be lowered to just above water level. Well worth a look if you are thinking of designing your own liveable boat.
